Rachel Ritter

Rachel Ritter has extensive experience in organizational and workplace effectiveness, currently serving as the Director of Organizational and Workplace Effectiveness at ATC since June 2015. In this role, Rachel leads teams focused on strategic planning facilitation, internal communications, change management, and initiative management. Prior positions at ATC include Director of Organizational Effectiveness and various managerial roles focused on talent and organizational effectiveness. Rachel's career also features roles at Arandell Corporation and Eaton Corporation, where responsibilities ranged from talent acquisition to enhancing global talent management practices. Rachel holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
