Sharon Koller has extensive work experience in the field of compliance and cybersecurity. Sharon has worked for American Transmission Co. since 2014, holding various roles including Lead Compliance Strategist, CIP Senior Manager, Reliability Standards Compliance Strategist & Assurance Manager, and NERC CIP Compliance and Strategy Manager. In these positions, Sharon was responsible for implementing and adhering to CIP Cybersecurity Standards and ensuring regulatory obligations were met. Sharon also played an active role in influencing the regulatory environment through participation in CMEP Councils, Standards Drafting Teams, and other industry projects. Sharon Koller completed their education in a chronological order. From 1994 to 1997, they attended Waukesha County Technical College, where they obtained an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Telecommunications. During the same period, they also earned another AAS degree in Electronics Technology from the same institution. Following this, from 1997 to 2007, Sharon pursued further education at the Specialized Professional Industry Respected Training and Certifications institute. Here, they studied Information Technology Security and Networking, earning a degree in "Other."
