Lynley Wilburn

Lynley Wilburn is an experienced account manager with a strong background in client services, team leadership, and operational efficiency. Currently at American Trust Retirement since November 2018, Lynley manages numerous 401(k) and retirement plans, ensuring client satisfaction while addressing requests and processing enrollment materials. Previous roles include serving as a Call Center Supervisor, where Lynley monitored team performance, and as an Account Manager responsible for training and developing procedures.
