Irina Shumakovich

Irina Shumakovich has extensive experience in intellectual property, particularly in patent prosecution, application drafting, and due diligence. Currently serving as Manager of IP and Enforcement at ATCC since January 2019, Irina has also held roles as Senior IP and Enforcement Specialist and IP and Compliance Specialist within the same organization. Prior experience includes being a Patent Agent and Senior Patent Researcher at LincolnIP Inc., and serving at Canon US Life Sciences as a Patent Agent focused on application processes and IP investigations. Irina's earlier roles include Patent Analyst at Landon IP, PCT Group, and Patent Agent at Lieberman and Brandsdorfer, LLC. With a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering from St. Petersburg State Polytechnic University, Irina's educational background underpins a robust career in the field of intellectual property.
