Sam Portnoff

Sam Portnoff is an experienced engineering professional with a diverse background in program management, process engineering, and product development. Currently serving as Director of Engineering Program Management and holding additional roles in strategy realization at ATCC since October 2022, Portnoff previously worked at Integra LifeSciences as Associate Manager of Process Engineering and held several engineering positions at ACell, Inc., Senseonics, Incorporated, and Widetronix, Inc., where responsibilities included process improvement and product development. Portnoff also contributed to CAD modeling and design at Mezmeriz and served as an adjunct instructor at Tompkins Cortland Community College. Educational qualifications include a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and an M.A. in Higher Education from Geneva College.
