Amy Gushanas

Amy Gushanas serves as the Data Planning and Execution Director at OneAmerica Financial since February 2023, leading critical data projects to enhance the strategic objectives of the OneAmerica Data Organization. Prior to this role, Amy accumulated extensive experience at CNO Financial Group from April 2001 to January 2023, where responsibilities included managing programs and products within the Life and Supplemental Health Product Portfolio. Notable positions included Product Manager, Program Manager for Product Development, and Release Manager, focusing on product design, execution of product roadmaps, and standardizing operational processes. Amy holds a degree from Bowling Green State University, earned between 1994 and 1997.
