Kathrine Starnes has over 26 years of experience in learning and development, currently serving as a Learning & Performance Consultant at OneAmerica since January 1997. In this role, Kathrine focuses on building strong partnerships within the organization to identify learning needs and performance goals, while addressing skill gaps. Previous positions at OneAmerica include Training Discovery Consultant, IT Training and Development Consultant, and Systems Training Consultant, where Kathrine conducted needs assessments and provided training consulting for technology initiatives.
