Kim Thomas

Kim Thomas has extensive experience in human resources and diversity initiatives, holding notable positions at OneAmerica Financial from January 2022 to March 2025, including SVP & Interim Chief Human Resources Officer and Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer. Prior to this, Kim served as Director of Human Resources at Anthem, Inc. from September 2011 to April 2017 and held multiple HR roles at WellPoint (now Anthem, Inc.) from May 2006 to August 2011. Additional experience includes roles as a Diversity & Inclusion Consultant and Contract Recruiter/Project Manager at Roche Diagnostics from September 1999 to May 2006. Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Purdue University.
