Simon Herbert

Simon Herbert is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business relationship management and IT strategy within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Sr Director of Business Relationship Management at OneAmerica since January 2011, Simon acts as the key liaison between IT and various business units, specifically for the Individual Life & Financial Services division. Previously, Simon held the position of Vice President for Individual Life & Financial Services IT, wherein responsibility included overseeing IT strategy and execution that supported ~$1B in annual sales. Previous roles encompass AVP of Retirement Services IT at ATSC and various leadership positions in organizations such as Number Six Software, Eli Lilly, and Baxter Healthcare. Simon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Computer Applications from the University of Notre Dame.
