Anusher Mahmadjonov's work experience began in 2020 as a student at the American University in Bulgaria. From September 2020 to April 2023, they held the role of a student. In 2021, they became a representative for the Future Leaders Exchange (FLEX) Program, where they promoted the program and educated students and families about studying abroad. Starting in October 2021, Anusher was also a reporter for 9aroundtheworld. In 2022, they joined the AUBG Daily as a reporter, where they contributed articles and learned about accurate reporting and effective communication. Additionally, Anusher worked as a marketing team member for Phi Beta Delta, Epsilon Alpha Chapter at AUBG in 2022, where they helped promote cultural exchange and diversity on campus through marketing initiatives.
Anusher Mahmadjonov pursued their education at Reedley High School from 2019 to 2020, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Anusher then enrolled at the American University in Bulgaria in 2020 and is currently completing a Bachelor's degree in two fields of study - one in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs, and another in Business Administration and Management. Anusher is expected to graduate from the American University in Bulgaria in 2024.

American University in Bulgaria is a private, selective, residential liberal arts university located in Blagoevgrad, Bulgaria. Courses are taught in English by high-quality faculty coming from four continents. Established in 1991, AUBG enrolls 1,100 students from 45 countries on four continents. Around 60 percent of the student body at theuniversity is international. Undergraduate programs: The university offers American-style Bachelor of Arts degrees in 9 major programs: Business Administration Computer Science Economics European Studies History and Civilizations Information Systems Journalism and Mass communications Mathematics Political Science and International Relations Graduate programs: In addition to its undergraduate program, the university has started an Executive MBA program in 2003. EMBA classes currently take place in Elieff Center in Sofia. In January 2012, the university announced plans to launch a new Master of Science in Software Engineering program, based in Sofia. Classes for the new program are scheduled to begin in fall 2012.
