Ibrahim Khoury

Ibrahim Khoury possesses extensive experience in media, public relations, and advisory roles. Currently serving as Responsible Director at The Daily Star since November 2010 and as Special Advisor to the President for Protocol and External Relations at the American University of Beirut since September 2015, Ibrahim also operates as a PR and media consultant at Khoury Consultant. With a long-standing career at Kyodo News as a reporter since January 1974, Ibrahim has contributed to the National Commission for Lebanese Women as a Media and PR Adviser from August 2009 to August 2017 and held the position of Director of Information and Public Relations at the American University of Beirut from January 1991 to September 2009. Educationally, Ibrahim holds a BA in Economics from the American University of Beirut, completed between 1970 and 1974.
