Jean-Charles Jalkh, MBA, currently serves as the Associate Director of Development for Medicine & Health at the American University of Beirut since June 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Regional Business Unit Manager and Business Unit Manager for Premium Retail at HOLDAL Group from June 2023 to June 2025, and Sales & Business Development Manager at Born Interactive from July 2022 to June 2023. Jalkh has a substantial background in marketing and business development, having worked at treegroup from August 2013 to July 2022 and at Arwan Pharmaceutical Industries as a Regional Product Manager from February 2011 to August 2013. Earlier experience includes a role at Algorithm Pharmaceuticals as a Regional Product Manager and as a Medical Representative at GlaxoSmithKline. Academic credentials include an MBA from ESA Business School, a Master's in Marketing from ESCP Business School, and a Bachelor's in Biology from Saint Joseph University of Beirut.
