Khalil Kreidieh

Khalil Kreidieh is the Academic Affairs and Special Projects Coordinator at the American University of Beirut since September 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing faculty appointment processes, developing guidelines for faculty ranks and recruitment, and coordinating various academic and faculty affairs activities. Khalil has a strong foundation in microbiology and research, having served as a Research and Teaching Assistant at the same institution from 2007 to 2016, teaching courses in General Microbiology and Systematic Bacteriology, and engaging in significant research projects related to public health issues in the Middle East. Khalil holds a Master of Science in Epidemiology and a Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Technology from the American University of Beirut, along with participation in the Next Generation Leadership Academy Program.
