Ashley Boltrushek

Ashley Boltrushek serves as Associate Dean of Students and previously held the title of Assistant Dean of Students at American University since January 2022. Prior to this role, Ashley was Senior Associate Director of Residence Life at American University, and during that tenure, acted as interim Director of Residence Life, managing day-to-day operations and overseeing staff amid the global pandemic. Ashley's extensive experience in residence life includes roles at University of Illinois at Chicago, Bard College, Simmons College, Northeastern University, and UMass Lowell, demonstrating a consistent track record of leadership in student affairs, strategic planning, staff supervision, and program development. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in College Student Development and Counseling from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Community Health Sustainability and Education from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
