Ken Knight is an accomplished academic and professional with extensive experience in linguistics and Japanese studies. Currently serving as the Japanese Program Director and Hurst Senior Professorial Lecturer at American University since August 2013, Ken has also held roles in higher education, including a Fellowship at The George Washington University and a Visiting Assistant Professor position at Clemson University, where Japanese Literature and Japanese Culture were taught. Ken's academic journey includes instructorships at The University of Georgia and business analysis positions at notable institutions such as Shinsei Bank and the Japan Management Association. In addition, Ken was the President of Knight Global Solutions, providing market entry and business matching services across multiple continents.
