Myles H. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Starting in 2008, they worked on various political campaigns, managing teams and implementing successful voter contact strategies. From 2009 to 2013, Myles served as a Business Analyst at the U.S. Department of Energy, evaluating the economic benefit of smart grid investment grants. In 2015, they joined Delos Asset Management Cayman SEZC Ltd. as an Equity Analyst, utilizing quantitative models to identify investments likely to outperform their benchmark peers. Lastly, Myles worked at American University from 2017 as the Director of Data Analytics, where they built predictive models to forecast enrollment likelihood and optimize financial aid allocation, resulting in increased net revenue.
