Neil Perry

Neil Perry is a Ph.D. candidate in Communication Studies and adjunct instructor at American University, with a professional background as a media producer in music, film, television, and digital platforms since 1988. Perry's notable achievements include three Grammy Award nominations for music projects that have generated over $150 million in revenue. Previous roles include Lead Sound Designer/Composer at Discovery Inc and Senior Sound Designer/Composer at Scripps Networks Interactive, where significant contributions to audio production were made. Perry has a rich educational background, holding degrees from American University, Emerson College, Harvard University, and has been a Salzburg Global Seminar fellow. Additionally, Perry has experience in media strategy as a Senior Media Strategist for electoral campaigns and was co-founder of Radio City Media Group.
