Richard Sigler, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Richard started their career as a Systems Consultant at Syscom Inc., where they worked as a programmer/analyst and developed a public-sector eProcurement system.

Moving forward, Richard joined Loyola University Maryland and held several positions, including Senior Systems Engineer for Web Initiatives and Associate Director of Technology Projects and Development. Richard managed web and software development projects, compiled the university's IT project portfolio, and led the deployment of Loyola's portal and content management system.

Richard also served as the Director of the Project Management Office (PMO) and Business Services at Loyola University. In these roles, they built and managed the PMO, led the formation and governance of the project portfolio, and successfully deployed various IT projects across the organization.

Richard then worked as a Senior Project Manager for T. Rowe Price and later as a contractor with Think. During these roles, they managed projects for T. Rowe Price.

Most recently, Richard has been working at the American Urological Association as the Director of Projects and IT Governance. Richard built the PMO from the ground up, formed the association's first project portfolio, and implemented IT governance practices. Richard is also currently involved in building the IT Strategic Roadmap in collaboration with the CIO.

In addition to their professional experience, Richard has also worked as an Audio Book Narrator and Voice-Over/Acting and Audio Production specialist.

Throughout their career, Richard Sigler has demonstrated expertise in project management, IT governance, and successfully delivering projects across various industries.

Richard Sigler, PMP has an MBA from Loyola University Maryland, which they obtained from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed their BBA in Management Information Systems from Loyola University Maryland, graduating between 1992 and 1996. In terms of additional certifications, Richard obtained the Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute in November 2009. Richard also holds certifications in Program Management for IT Professionals and Ken Blanchard on Servant Leadership from LinkedIn, which they obtained in September 2019 and April 2019, respectively.
