Gordon Gibbs, MD has a diverse work experience in the medical field.

Gordon serves as the Chief Medical Executive at American Vein & Vascular Institute since 2009. Dr. Gibbs leads a team of skilled professionals dedicated to patient satisfaction.

Prior to their current role, they worked as the Medical Director of Diagnostic and Vascular/Interventional Radiology at St. Mary-Corwin Medical Center starting in August 2006.

Dr. Gibbs is also a Diplomate of the American Board of Venous and Lymphatic Medicine since June 2009.

Before that, they were a Partner at Pueblo Radiological Group, PC from August 2006 onwards.

Additionally, Dr. Gibbs has been involved with Covidien as a Faculty member for their RF Ablation Masters and Summit Courses since September 2010.

Dr. Gordon Gibbs, MD, obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology from Santa Clara University in 1994. Gordon then went on to earn their Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine in 1999. Following their medical degree, Dr. Gibbs pursued various fellowship programs at the Mayo Clinic Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences. From 1999 to 2000, they completed a fellowship in Surgery. In 2000 to 2001, they undertook an Investigative Radiology Fellowship. Subsequently, from 2001 to 2005, they pursued a fellowship in Diagnostic Radiology. Finally, from 2005 to 2006, Dr. Gibbs completed a fellowship in Vascular/Interventional Radiology at the Mayo Clinic Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences.
