Jackie Ross has extensive experience in program management and coordination within nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as a Program Manager at the American Veterinary Medical Association since July 2014, Jackie oversees the Student AVMA program, focusing on governance, financial matters, and student-oriented communications. Prior roles include Manager of EXPO at the American Diabetes Association, where responsibilities involved marketing events, increasing attendance, and managing contracts and logistics, as well as positions related to program and financial management. Jackie's career began at Bennigan's Franchise Company as a Manager, where local marketing strategies were developed. Jackie holds a BS in Public Health from Northern Illinois University and an Associate in Science from Elgin Community College.
