Karen Bronzell

Karen Bronzell has extensive work experience in project management and IT, spanning over several companies. Karen began their career as a Software Developer at Early, Cloud & Company in 1990. Karen then worked as a Business Analyst and Consultant at Faneiul Research from 1993 to 1995. Karen then joined Motorola Solutions, where they held various roles including AS/400 Software Developer, IT Production Manager, and ERP Production IT Manager. Karen managed the implementation of projects and led a team responsible for daily production support for multiple software applications. In 2006, Karen was involved in the separation efforts of Motorola into two companies, Motorola Mobility and Motorola Solutions. Karen played a key role in defining the new functional team structure and ensuring organizational alignment to strategic initiatives. Karen later joined Motorola Mobility as a Senior IT Manager and Project Manager, where they managed globally distributed application development teams and reduced application support costs through Agile delivery. Karen then worked at Remedy Informatics as a Project Manager before joining TransUnion as a Senior Consultant and Project Manager. Their responsibilities at TransUnion included managing and delivering Decisioning services solutions and leading moderate to complex projects. Karen is currently working at the AVMA as an Assistant Director, Project Portfolio & Business Integration Services. In this role, they are responsible for improving project success by establishing project management standards and overseeing the methodology and tools for AVMA's centralized project portfolio management system. Karen also provides assistance in business process documentation, business case development, and business process improvement analytics.

Karen Bronzell obtained a MBA degree in Business from the Illinois Institute of Technology in 2002. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from DePaul University in 1996.
