Jeff Youngs is an accomplished healthcare operations executive currently serving as Regional Vice President of Operations at American Vision Partners since March 2021, after previously holding the position of Vice President of Clinic Operations. Prior experience includes the role of Vice President of Clinical Operations at Matrix Medical Network, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing operational aspects for health assessments across various health plans, and Director of Clinical Operations for the East Region, driving a 14% annual growth rate. Jeff's earlier career at USIS involved multiple leadership roles, including Regional Director for the Southeast, where a significant team was managed to enhance business efficiency and customer satisfaction. Jeff holds an Executive MBA from Georgia State University's J. Mack Robinson College of Business and a BA in Political Science from Furman University.
