With a robust background that includes roles such as Leadership Training and Development Manager at Cenlar FSB and Senior Training Specialist at Microchip Technology, Kirstin excels in designing and delivering leadership training programs that enhance organizational effectiveness and support growth initiatives. Previous experience at Bank of America and Desert Schools Federal Credit Union further demonstrates expertise in managing training teams, conducting needs analysis, and implementing performance improvement strategies. Kirstin holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management and Spanish from Arizona State University and a Master's degree in Human Resource Development from Ottawa University.
