Adam Carpenter is an experienced professional specializing in energy and environmental policy. Since November 2011, Adam has served as the Manager of Energy and Environmental Policy at the American Water Works Association, collaborating with water utility leaders and federal regulators to advocate for clean and affordable drinking water across the United States.
