Donnell Duncan

Donnell Duncan, P.E., S.E. is an accomplished structural engineer and leader within the water industry, currently serving as Associate Vice President at Arcadis since May 2018, overseeing structural engineering for the South Region as part of the Resilience - Water Business Line. Duncan also holds significant roles in various organizations, including Outreach Community of Practice Director for the Water Environment Federation, where responsibilities include managing community initiatives, and Diversity and Member Inclusion Committee Chair for the American Water Works Association, promoting inclusivity in the water sector. In addition, Duncan has served the community as Pastor of The Body Church in Snellville, Georgia, and as President of The Cracked Door Foundation. Previous experience includes positions at SUEZ and Hazen and Sawyer. Educational credentials encompass a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Physics from Morehouse College.
