Joanne Romero Gaglia

Joanne Romero Gaglia has over three decades of experience in conference and event management. Currently serving as the AWWA Director of Conferences & Events at the American Water Works Association since September 1992, Joanne has progressed through various roles, including Senior Manager and Conference and Event Promotion Manager. Prior experience includes the position of Trade Show Director at Wiesner Publishing, where Joanne organized operational logistics and handled advertising and exhibit sales for the custom apparel and screen printing industry. Joanne holds an Associate of Arts degree in Marketing with an emphasis on Business Communication from Red Rocks Community College, completed between 1992 and 1996.
