Sally U. Wright

Sally U. Wright is an accomplished water quality expert with extensive experience in water production and treatment operations. Currently serving as Deputy Director for the City of Dallas since August 2017, Sally previously held the role of Manager of Water Treatment Operations and Operations Services Administrator for the City of Arlington from December 2010 to August 2017. With a background in environmental program coordination at the City of Tigard and water quality management at Backflow Management Inc., Sally has demonstrated expertise in water quality analysis, regulatory compliance, and public outreach. Sally holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from Portland State University and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Willamette University. Additionally, participation as a volunteer with the American Water Works Association since December 2001 underscores a commitment to the field.
