Adeel Basit is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analysis and project management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Business Analysis at American Water since July 2021, Adeel successfully established the Business Analysis and UI/UX Center of Excellence, ensuring alignment of Annual Intake requests with corporate goals. Prior to this, Adeel held multiple leadership roles at Freedom Mortgage, including Vice President of IT Salesforce Product Owner and Vice President of PMO, focusing on Call Center initiatives. Adeel's experience also includes roles at Visionet Systems Inc. and Systems Limited, where responsibilities encompassed program management, project management, and business analysis utilizing both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Adeel holds an MSc in Computer Sciences from International Islamic University, Islamabad, and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Physics from Forman Christian College.
