Andrew Faupel

Andrew Faupel, MBA, SPHR, CEBS, has extensive experience in benefits and retirement services, currently serving as the Director of Benefits & Retirement Services at American Water since January 2021. Prior to this role, Andrew held several positions at Rowan University, including Director of Pension & Benefits and Organizational Effectiveness. Andrew's career also includes a significant tenure at Virtua Health as Director of Benefits & Wellness and a consulting role at Willis Towers Watson. Andrew earned a BSBA in Finance and Economics from Villanova University and an MBA with a focus on Benefits & Compensation from Temple University.
