Charles Leonardo has over three decades of experience in technology and management, primarily at American Water where roles have included Sr. Manager, EAM, Meters & QA, and Principal Technologist in Meter Operations and Technology & Innovation. Responsibilities have encompassed advanced metering infrastructure, meter data management, and project management. Previous positions at Cooper University Hospital involved leadership in client support services and network management. Additional experience includes service management and technical roles at both Golden Hedge National Repair Facility and Atlantic Retail Systems. Charles holds a BS in Information Systems and additional qualifications in Computer Technology, Electronics, Robotics, and Network Systems from Star University.
