Elizabeth Triscari

Elizabeth Triscari currently serves as Senior Director, Corporate Counsel for Pennsylvania and New Jersey at American Water, a position held since November 2018, after previously holding the role of Director, Corporate Counsel. Prior to American Water, Elizabeth worked at the Pennsylvania Department of Community & Economic Development from May 2011 to November 2018, where responsibilities included representing the interests of small business utility consumers before regulatory agencies. Elizabeth also has experience as Corporate Counsel for NRA Group LLC, where legal and compliance management were key functions, and served as a law clerk for the Hon. James M. Peck at the United States Bankruptcy Court. As an associate attorney at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP, litigation in complex bankruptcy issues was a primary focus. Elizabeth holds a JD from Boston College Law School and a BA in Government from Cornell University.
