Melanie Kennedy

Melanie Kennedy is currently the SVP of HR at American Water. Melanie has over fifteen years of experience as an attorney specializing in labor and employment law. Melanie began their career at Pitney Hardin LLP in 1998. In 2001, they joined Klett Rooney Lieber & Schorling where they worked for six years before moving to Cozen O'Connor in 2007. Melanie has been with American Water since 2011.
