Brandon McBrayer is an experienced professional with a strong background in supply chain management and retail operations. Currently serving as Supply Chain Manager and previously as Director of Retail Sales at American Welding & Gas since July 2011, Brandon has extensive expertise in store merchandising, inventory management, vendor relations, and training staff on operational functions. Earlier roles include Retail Sales Coordinator at Scott-Gross, where responsibilities involved overseeing retail operations and managing P&L projections for new store locations, and North America Tradeshow Coordinator at Alltech, focusing on event planning and logistics for tradeshows. Brandon began their career as a Team Leader at Lowe's, managing inventory for major departments, and also completed a marketing internship at Cardinal Hill Rehabilitation Hospital. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication from the University of Kentucky.

AWG originated from Valley Welding Supply located in Billings, Montana and Scott-Gross Company located in Lexington, Kentucky. Both of these companies began back in 1949 and have allowed us to grow through acquisitions as well as organically.
