Meghan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Durham Technical Community College.

AWG originated from Valley Welding Supply located in Billings, Montana and Scott-Gross Company located in Lexington, Kentucky. Both of these companies began back in 1949 and have allowed us to grow through acquisitions as well as organically.
