Denny Smith, Ph.D. has extensive experience in the field of certification program management. Denny served as the Managing Director for Certification at the American Welding Society since 2018. Prior to that, from 2016 to 2018, they were the Director of Certification Programs at the National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as a Certification Consultant, assisting various organizations in developing and improving their certification programs.
