Jessenia Martinez has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Jessenia started their career in 2011 as an Administrative Assistant at M.A.C. Computer Consulting Company and worked there until 2014. In 2016, they served as a Management Intern at the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at the American Welding Society, initially as an Administrative Assistant and later as a Program Administrator. Jessenia then took on the role of Program Manager for the SENSE Program from 2018 to 2020, focusing on program improvement and team management. Most recently, they have been working as the Associate Director of the Executive Office since 2022, providing advisory support to key executives and Board members and leading high-level projects. Jessenia Martinez has demonstrated their expertise in program management, communication, and administrative support throughout their career.

Jessenia Martinez completed their education at Florida International University. Jessenia pursued a Bachelor's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from 2010 to 2014. Additionally, during the same period, they also earned a minor in Business Administration. Later, in 2015 and 2016, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in International Business from the same university.
