Ralph Royer

Ralph Royer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in mechanical engineering and business leadership. Currently serving as a Mechanical Engineering Technician at APTOS Technology since February 2023, Ralph specializes in parametric modeling and technical drawing coordination for customer support and factory automation. As the CEO of RCR Fabrication DBA Joule Marine and Chief Executive Officer of RCR Fabrication & Design, Inc. since July 2020, Ralph has successfully adapted business models to embrace remote and digital services. Additionally, Ralph has been a Certified Welding Inspector and Certified Welding Educator with the American Welding Society since 2011 and has been involved in welding education as an instructor at Cabrillo College. With over 30 years of manufacturing experience, Ralph has consistently contributed to advancing industry practices through leadership and innovation.
