Adele Maass

Adele Maass currently serves as the Senior Director of Business Operations at Amwell, a position held since March 2019, after progressing through roles including Director of Business Operations and Director of Solutions Management. Prior to Amwell, Adele gained experience at Deloitte Consulting, where roles included Manager of Strategy and Senior Consultant in Strategy & Operations from August 2016 to March 2019, and completed internships at Montefiore Health System and Deloitte Consulting. Earlier experience includes consulting at Okhati, Inc., and various roles at Chatham Partners spanning from Associate Vice President to Research Analyst. Adele also interned at Boston Children’s Hospital and held positions as Private Equity Analyst Intern at Audax Group and Investment Research Analyst Intern at Clearbrook Global Advisors. Adele earned an MBA in Healthcare Management from Columbia Business School and a BA in Government from Dartmouth College.
