Molly Croll

Director, Pacific Coast Offshore Wind at American Wind Energy Association

Molly is ACP’s Pacific Offshore Wind Director. In this role she lead’s ACP-California’s offshore-focused policy and regulatory advocacy and collaborates with ACP’s partners to advance offshore opportunities in the Pacific Northwest. Molly came to ACP from Avangrid Renewables where she served as Policy, Regulatory and Markets Manager in the west, engaging in regulatory proceedings, market rulemakings, legislative policymaking, and regional market stakeholder initiatives to advance the company’s interests in land-based and offshore renewable energy growth and operations.

Prior to Avangrid, Molly spent eleven years at CEA Consulting advising and advocating on behalf of companies, eNGOs and philanthropies on a variety of climate, air quality, and conservation issues, with a focus on clean energy in California. From 2019-2021 she contracted with ACP-California to lead the organization’s offshore wind program. Molly has a Bachelor’s degree from Brown University. She lives in Sacramento with her husband and two children.
