Kim Chasteen

Kim Chasteen, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at American Woodmark since December 2022. With extensive experience in the HR field, Kim has held various leadership roles, including Client Partner at Heller DeLand | Targeted Executive Search and Director of Human Resources at Highlands Diversified Services. Previous positions also include Human Resources Manager at Quanex Building Products Corporation, Belden Inc., and Richmond Auto Parts Technology, as well as HR Manager & Process Coach at ORBIS Corporation. Kim began an HR career with roles at Philips and Philips Lighting. Kim holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Eastern Kentucky University.
