Sufwan Shtawi

Sufwan Shtawi M.S serves as the Regional Vice President for New Construction in the West Region at American Woodmark, overseeing three divisions of Timberlake Cabinetry. Sufwan is responsible for builder direct operations in key markets such as Phoenix, Tucson, Southern California, Denver, and Las Vegas, managing design, sales, customer service, and operations teams. Additionally, Sufwan is a General Manager at Michigan State University’s Eli Broad College of Business and serves on the management advisory board to enhance program quality and support for students and alumni. Previous experience includes leadership roles at Target, EFCO a Pella Company, and Pella Corporation, with a strong educational background that includes a Master's in Management, Strategy, and Leadership from Michigan State University and a Bachelor's in Operations Management and Information Systems from Northern Illinois University.
