Olivia Bedi is a Partner at Riley Safer Holmes & Cancila LLP since June 2024, following a prior role as Partner at Neal, Gerber & Eisenberg LLP from November 2016 to June 2024. Olivia has extensive experience in civil litigation with a focus on intellectual property, representing both companies and individual inventors in protecting patents, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets. As a Trustee at the American Writers Museum since February 2018, Olivia contributes to the organization's mission while previously serving as a Shareholder at Niro Haller & Niro from October 2012 to November 2016. Early career positions include various associate roles at premier law firms, including Jenner & Block and Latham & Watkins, and a foundational role as a Patent Examiner at the USPTO. Olivia holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from American University Washington College of Law and a BS in Chemistry from Georgia Institute of Technology, complemented by international study experience at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
