Rishi Sethia

Rishi Sethia currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Grocery & Impulse at Americana Foods, overseeing end-to-end P&L responsibilities across various functions including sales, marketing, and supply chain since November 2020. Prior to this role, Rishi held several pivotal positions at Kellogg Company from June 2004 to October 2020, culminating in the role of Sr. Finance Director for the Middle East, North Africa, and Turkey. Rishi's extensive experience includes leadership in revenue growth management, M&A strategy, and customer integration, along with significant contributions to pricing analytics and performance optimization across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Rishi has also worked as a programmer and web developer at ABA International and completed an internship at Microsoft. Academic credentials include an Executive Development Program from Harvard Business School and advanced degrees in Business and Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University and a BBA from Western Michigan University.
