Aline Fernandes has extensive work experience in operations and customer service roles. Aline is currently serving as the Head of Operations and Customer Experience at Americanas Delivery since April 2022. Prior to this role, they held the position of Head of Operations at Americanas Delivery from September 2021 to April 2022.

Before joining Americanas, Aline worked as the Head of Operations and Projects at Meeta Solutions from August 2018 to September 2021. Aline also worked as a Consultant at DIALLINK Tecnologia from May 2018 to September 2018.

Earlier in their career, Aline held various managerial roles at System Interact, including Superintendente from August 2017 to March 2018, Gerente de Planejamento e Qualidade from November 2013 to July 2017, Coordenadora de Planejamento from March 2011 to October 2013, and Coordenadora de Operações from September 2010 to February 2011.

Aline has also worked at Contax S.A. as a Coordenadora de Atendimento from February 2010 to August 2010, and as a Supervisora de Atendimento from December 2007 to January 2010. Atento Brasil employed Aline as a Supervisora de Atendimento from January 2007 to November 2007. Aline started their career at TMS Call Center, where they worked as a Supervisora de Atendimento from November 2004 to November 2006.

Aline Fernandes completed their Bachelor's degree in Administration with a focus on Marketing from Uninove - Universidade Nove de Julho from 2005 to 2009. Later, they pursued a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Executive Leadership and Innovation from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, which they completed from 2020 to 2022. In addition to their formal education, Aline obtained several certifications related to Customer Experience Management. Aline received the Intermediate Proficiency in Customer Experience certification from WCES | World Customer Economic Science in June 2022. Aline also acquired their Customer Experience Management certification from FIAP in June 2021 and obtained the Basic Proficiency in Customer Experience certification from WCES | World Customer Economic Science in December 2020.
