Mariane Rezzuto Carvalho Homem is currently serving as the Marketing Science and MOps Manager at Americanas S.A. since February 2022, where responsibilities include structuring marketing science and operations across various company brands and providing strategic support through data analysis and a scientific approach. In addition to this role, Mariane is a Founding Member of Rise and Raise Others, dedicated to supporting Women Leaders globally. Previous experience includes serving as the Marketing Communication Head at Engemon, where strategic brand management and customer experience were key focuses. Mariane also held the position of Marketing Head at LIDE, overseeing marketing strategies for multiple companies within the group, and started the career in shopper marketing at Ponto de Criação.
