Previously, at Tractel from June 2012 to April 2022, Billy held the position of Customer Service/Inside Sales Manager, overseeing procurement, wire rope fabrication, and sales management, while specializing in height safety and access solutions. Earlier career highlights include working as a Disease Control Specialist at Our Lady of Fatima Hospital from January 2001 to April 2010, providing psychiatric services. Billy completed education at Johnson & Wales University and WM E. Tolman High School.
