Christie Kundra began their work experience in 2005 as a Lab Assistant at Framingham State University. In 2006, they worked as a Field Study Intern at Mass Audubon. In 2007, they interned as a Field Study Intern at the University of Rhode Island, studying the density of poly chlorinated biphenyls in the bay. In the same year, they started working at AmericanBIO as a LAB Technician II, responsible for manufacturing and assembly of biochemical and reagent products. Christie then became a Production Manager in 2010, overseeing production processes and managing production staff. In 2011, they took on the role of a Buyer/Planner Materials Manager, responsible for coordinating production material activities and implementing MRP software. In 2014, they joined AmericanBio, Inc. as a Production Manager and later became the Supply Chain Operations Director in 2018.

Christie Kundra completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biochemistry at Framingham State College from 2003 to 2007.
