Mandi Lee

Mandi Lee is a seasoned arts professional with extensive experience in fundraising, community engagement, and arts education. Currently, Mandi serves as the Senior Membership Manager at Americans for the Arts, a position held since May 2022. Prior to this role, Mandi was the Development & External Relations Director at Synetic Theater from January 2020 to April 2022, where significant achievements included securing large-scale corporate sponsorships and orchestrating multiple fundraising campaigns. Mandi also contributed as a Resident Artist at Orlando Shakes and held a Graduate Acting Fellow position at the University of Central Florida, where Mandi earned a Master’s Degree in Theatre/Theater. Additional experience includes serving as Education Director at Forefront Arts, managing educational programming, and co-founding The Seedling Project, which focused on community-centered theatre production. Mandi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Acting from Webster University.
