Howard Insley

Howard Insley currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer at AmericanTCS, having joined in February 2023. Insley drives strategic initiatives focused on long-term growth, profitability, and scalability, while managing acquisition analysis, strategic partnerships, and organizational performance metrics. Prior to this role, Insley was the Chief Operating Officer at American Trust from November 2018 to January 2023 and worked as an independent consultant in 2018, helping firms with M&A, integration, and strategic planning. Insley also held significant positions at Ascensus, including Senior Vice President and Vice President, where oversight of P&L and M&A activities was crucial. Earlier roles include Vice President at Wachovia and Senior Associate at T. Rowe Price. Insley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business & Economics from Randolph-Macon College and an MBA in Finance from Wake Forest University School of Business.
