Prior to this role, Insley was the Chief Operating Officer at American Trust from November 2018 to January 2023 and worked as an independent consultant in 2018, helping firms with M&A, integration, and strategic planning. Insley also held significant positions at Ascensus, including Senior Vice President and Vice President, where oversight of P&L and M&A activities was crucial. Earlier roles include Vice President at Wachovia and Senior Associate at T. Rowe Price. Insley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business & Economics from Randolph-Macon College and an MBA in Finance from Wake Forest University School of Business.
