Michele Coletti, CEBS, QKA, currently serves as President of Trust & Custody Support Services at AmericanTCS, a position held since January 2024. Previously, Michele held various senior roles at Mid Atlantic Capital Group, Inc., including Group Chief Operating Officer of Trust & Custody and Executive Vice President, where responsibilities included leading product management and mutual fund services for a diverse array of financial products. With a career that began in 1990 at Fleet Bank and included significant roles at National Benefits Group and Sungard Relius, Michele has accumulated extensive experience in employee benefits management, vendor relations, and operational leadership. Michele's academic background includes studies in English Literature and Philosophy from St. Bonaventure University.
